all shipping is done through usps. shipping is (normally) 5-7 business days. you will receive an email when your paid order has been shipped. please contact us before you order with special requests.

domestic

shipping in the u.s. is a flat rate of $8.  shipping to canada is a flat rate of $30.  free shipping on orders of $80 or more with code freeship!

international

we currently do not offer shipment outside of north america.

we do not accept returns, but we do offer replacements or store credit in certain circumstances.  please contact us with any issues regarding the products and we can discuss from there.

if an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment.

our ingredients are never tested on animals.

our ingredients are vegan, sulfate free, paraben free, and free of artificial dyes and fragrances. our products contain essential oils.  

if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak with a physician before using our products.

please read our ingredients carefully before buying them.  our products contain oils from natural nuts, seeds and fruit.  in rare cases, these ingredients may cause sensitivity.  you may want to do a patch test or consult with a physician before using liberally.

do not apply these products to your eye area.

happy place products are made by hand in small batches.  you may notice differences in the color and/or consistency of the product. that is normal.  use by instructions should be on the back label of your product.   please store your product out of sunlight and away from heat to ensure the longest shelf life possible.
